Guaranteed Loan Program

New Loan Submissions-Please submit loans electronically to the following email address: grhloans@ca.usda.gov

Guaranteed Loan Processing Time-
Loan volume remains heavy in fiscal year 2013 for California's Guaranteed Rural Housing Loan Program. Current turn time is 4-5 business days for GUS loan submissions and 10-14 business days for manual submissions. Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and all federal holidays. Please schedule processing times accordingly. Rush requests will not be honored. Loans are reviewed in the order they are received.

"Flipping Rule"- USDA does not have a specific guideline regarding how long the subject property must be owned by the seller. It is the lender's responsibility to insure that the appraised value is based on the most current and accurate data available.
