Mutual Self Help Partnering

blue line

Partnering was a management concept which was developed by the construction industry throughout the United States over the last 10 - 15 years.  Referred to as return to the "old way" of doing business - of putting the "handshake" back into the process, partnering promises to dramatically change the course of how people do business now and into the next century.

Colorado Rural Development has developed a Partnering Process that emphasizes four cornerstones:

COMMUNICATION TEAMWORK
CONFLICT RESOLUTION COMMITMENT
