The Rural Development architecture, engineering, and environmental staff provides technical support relating to all construction projects administered by Rural Development. This technical support includes consultation, review, oversight, and concurrence related to: Site selection Consultant selection Design documents Design and systems selection guidance Construction documents Agreements for professional services Agreements for construction services Development budgets Bidding procedures Construction administration Accessibility for persons with disabilities Rehabilitation Existing project assessments Environmental hazard reports Environmental assessments.
