Program provides payments to support Eligible Advanced Biofuel Producers and ensure an expanding production of Advanced Biofuels.

The amount of each payment will depend on the

• number of Eligible Advanced Biofuel Producers participating in the program,
• the amount of Advanced Biofuels being produced by such Advanced Biofuel Producers,
• the amount of funds available.
