Biorefinery Assistance Guaranteed Loans

Section 9003 - Biorefinery Assistance program was created in the 2008 Farm Bill Federal Catalog Number 10.865

Loan guarantees are made to fund the development, construction, and retrofitting of commercial-scale biorefineries using eligible technology.

To access FY 11 funds applicants are directed to to follow guidelines in the 3/11/11 NOFA.

To access FY 11 funds, applications must be received in the National Office no later than May 10, 2011 and must follow the guidelines given in the March 11, 2011 NOFA and the February 14, 2011 Interim Rule.

The FY 11 application deadline has been extended to:
July 6, 2011, per the June 6, 2011 Federal Register.
