These documents are for use on the following types of projects: Construct, enlarge, extend or otherwise improve rural water, sanitary sewage, solid waste disposal and storm wastewater disposal facilities; relocate buildings, roads, bridges, fences or utilities associated with project; payment of utility connection charges; reasonable fees and costs such as: engineering, legal, administrative, environmental analysis, surveys, and planning; costs of acquiring interest in land; rights, such as water rights, leases, permits, rights-of-way, etc.; purchase or renting equipment; cost of applicant labor or other expenses; connecting user to the main line;
