Rural Development administers the Community Facilities Loan and Grant
Programs out of its Area Offices in Bangor, Lewiston, and Presque Isle.
Owner/Borrower shall contract with a professional consultant, and provide
Rural Development with the Owner - Architect/Engineer Agreement for review prior to preparation of the contract
documents. Projects funded by Direct Loan/Grant shall be prepared in
accordance to ADA/AG as well as UFAS (Uniform Federal Accessibility
Standards).
