Community Facilities - Construction Information

Small Contracts (Less than $100,000)

Rural Development administers the Community Facilities Loan and Grant Programs out of its Area Offices in Bangor, Lewiston, and Presque Isle.

Projects funded by Direct Loan/Grant shall be prepared in accordance to ADA/AG as well as UFAS (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards).

All documents must be reviewed for completeness by Rural Development prior to going out to bid. The table below includes the necessary documents for Small RD construction contracts less than $100,000.

Forms that require signatures should be original signatures for submission to Rural Development. Once signed, additional copies may be made for other parties.
