Missouri Department of Economic Development – Division of Energy – The Missouri Department of Economic Development – Division of Energy is a non-regulatory state agency that works to protect the environment and stimulate the economy through energy efficiency and renewable energy resources and technologies.

www.agmrc.org/renewable_energy/ – Source for fact sheets, economic analysis, analysis tools, videos and other educational materials on the renewable energy industry.


www.retscreen.net/ang/home.php - Retscreen provides software, free-of-charge, to evaluate energy production and savings, costs, emission reductions, financial viability and risk for various types of Renewable-energy and Energy-efficient Technologies (RETs). The software also includes product, project, hydrology and climate databases, a detailed user manual, and a case study based college/university-level training course, including an engineering e-textbook.

www.windpoweringamerica.gov - U.S. Department of Energy – Wind and Hydropower Technology Program including wind maps and other useful information.


www.epa.gov/agstar/ - Agstar is a voluntary effort jointly sponsored by the U.S. EPA, USDA and the U.S. Department of Energy to encourage the use of methane recovery technologies at the confined animal feed operations that manage manure as liquids or slurries. Site provides basic information, accomplishments, documents, tools, resources, a guide to operational systems, etc.
