Guaranteed Loan Program
Guaranteed Loan - Prohibited Purposes- Properties with income producing potential, as well as with non-essential buildings (guest houses, horse corral, barns, etc.) are ineligible. Unpermitted additions are not eligible. Unpermitted, converted garage space must be converted back to its original use.
