Biorefinery Assistance Program |
The program provides financial assistance, in the form of loan guarantees, for the development and construction of commercial-scale biorefineries and for the retrofitting of existing facilities using eligible technology for the development of advanced biofuels.

Provides loan guarantees for the development, construction and retrofitting of commercial scale biorefineries that produce advanced biofuel. Refinancing debt is eligible under certain conditions. |

Maximum loan is $250 million. |
