$25 million in FY09 funding made available via the 2008 Farm Bill
The program is intended to promote innovation and development related to biomass. It provides competitive grants to carry out research and development of biomass based products, bioenergy, biofuels, and related processes.
Program created in the 2008 Farm Bill (Federal Catalog Number 10.312)

available in FY2009.
