To provide financing to develop rental housing and related facilities for domestic farm laborers.
Eligible Applicants Include...Farm owners, family farm partnerships or corporations, association of farmers, broad-based nonprofit organizations and agencies or political subdivisions of state or local government.

rate can be 1 percent or full market rate depending on whether the applicant can obtain credit elsewhere.
Grants
