The CF Guaranteed Loan Program provides government-backed credit enhancement to private lenders seeking to finance community-based public facilities. Community Programs may guarantee up to 90% of any loss of interest or principal on the loan.

Rural Community Development Initiative (RCDI) Program

The objective of the RCDI grant program is to develop the capacity and ability of private, nonprofit community-based housing and community development organizations, and low income rural communities to improve housing, community facilities and community and economic development projects in rural areas.
