Rural Development (RD) is the mission area of USDA focused on the needs of rural America. With seven offices and nearly 70 employees across Oregon, we are rural Oregonians ourselves.  We deliver an array of Federal programs (loan guarantees, direct loans, & grants) for rural Oregonians to fund affordable homeownership & rental housing, community infrastructure, business & economic development, and "green" energy projects.
