Columbia, South Carolina, Nov 03, 2010 -- Today, Edwards Printing officially dedicated its new web printing facility near Westminster, SC. Edwards Printing is the production facility for The Journal newspaper and Golden Corner Shopper’s Guide of Seneca/Clemson, SC, as well as a commercial printer for many other English and foreign-language newspapers across the Southeast.
The estimated cost for this project is $2.7 million. USDA Rural Development provided a $740,000 zero percent pass-through loan to Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative, Inc., who in turn provided a zero interest loan with a 10 year term to Edwards Printing.
