RAYVILLE CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING FOR PLUM TREE ESTATES

Richland, Dec 14, 2010 -- Community officials, Congressional Representatives, Guardian Property Management, Inc. and Quad States Development, LLC were joined today by USDA Rural Development State Director Clarence W. Hawkins to celebrate the grand opening of Plum Tree Estates Subdivision.

This subdivision is a new 40-unit rental property with 31-three bedroom single family houses and 9 four-bedroom houses. All of the appliances are energy star rated. Some of the admenities include stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, as well as a playground area, picnic area, and a community facilitiy for the residents.

Plum Tree Estates Subdivision was developed with a $l,398,788 loan from USDA Rural Development.

“USDA Rural Development offers financing to rural communities for development of safe and affordable housing opportunities,” said Clarence W. Hawkins, USDA Rural Development State Director. “We are proud to be a part of this project.”
