PUBLIC NOTICE - AREA RURAL IN CHARACTER DESIGNATION
1975 Stop 30 Road in Hendersonville, Tenn.

Hendersonville, Apr 02, 2012 -- USDA Rural Development has received an inquiry from Davidson Academy and Legence Bank of Eldorado, Illinois who are interested in obtaining a Guaranteed Business & Industry Loan from the agency. The site is located at 1975 Stop 30 Road, Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Based on the Section 343 (a) (13) (D) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act as it is related to the rural area eligibility definition for the Business & Industry Guaranteed Loan Program, the determination is under consideration by USDA Rural Development whether the subject’s property meets the definition of "area rural in character".
