Bucyrus, MO, Jun 25, 2012 -- Debbie and Marvin Cooper of Bucyrus are getting ready to have a new home constructed, made possible with financing from USDA, Rural Development’s 502 direct loan program. After being determined eligible for a housing loan by the Rural Development office in Houston, Mr. and Mrs. Cooper started working with contractor Tadd McCloud to find a house plan that would fit their needs and iron out all the details of entering into a construction contract with McCloud Construction, LLC. Construction of their new home is scheduled to begin soon.
