@@In a ceremony on August 23, 2012, Anita J. (Janie) Dunning, USDA Rural Development Missouri State Director, announced funding to City of Rockville to purchase a used road grader for the City to use in maintaining the city roads. City of Rockville received grant funds in the amount of $20,384 from USDA Rural Development’s Community Facility Grant. The city contributed $7,606 toward the total cost of $27,990.
“Maintenance of city roads is critical to communities in Missouri’s Fourth District and throughout the state,” said Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler. “I am pleased to see more than $20,000 in Rural Development funds being used to purchase a road grader that will be used by the City of Rockville to maintain city roads.”
