@@The U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development State Office in Alexandria, Louisiana, announces a change in the services being provided to rural residents of Calcasieu, Beauregard, and Cameron Parishes.

USDA Rural Development will no longer maintain a presence once a month in the USDA Lake Charles Office located at Natali Building, 1400 Gerstner Memorial Drive, Lake Charles, Louisiana. Effective September 30, 2012, residents of these parishes will be served by the USDA Rural Development Area Office, Whitney National Bank, 905 Jefferson Street, Suite 320, Lafayette, Louisiana, (337) 262-6601, Extension 4. The needs of the residents of these rural parishes will continue to receive the same high level service.
