Mike Pascoe, with his mother and business partner Billie, went to work straight away renovating the office spaces and updating the facilities.

They are a 7 day a week U-Haul dealer offering video surveillance, gated entry, fully fenced grounds and well lit facilities. Occupancy has increased to 70% (up from previous owner’s 50% occupancy rate) with 100% of climate controlled units occupied.
For an impressive 5 times, Mike and his team have achieved U-Haul’s Award of Top 100 status for being one of the top 100 class AAA U-haul dealers. Mike is top in his region which includes the Atlanta metro area.
