HIGHLAND-CLARKSBURG HOSPITAL, INC. APPROVED FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT LOAN
Morgantown, WV, Jan 22, 2013 --

@@State Director Bobby Lewis announced that USDA Rural Development approved a Community Facilities Direct Loan of $21,000,000 to Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, Inc., Harrison County, WV.

Rural Development funds will be used to develop a 150 bed behavioral healthcare facility at the former location of United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, Harrison County, WV. The direct loan will be supplemented by a previously approved conditional commitment to Huntington National Bank for a guaranteed loan of $13,800,000.

Rural Development serves as the lead Federal entity for rural development needs and administers program assistance through its housing, business, community and infrastructure programs.
