Rural Development ensures Americans living in rural communities have access to affordable, well-built homes because a good home is more than just a roof overhead. Ownership strengthens communities and, over time, helps families build savings for the future. Our affordable home loan programs help income-eligible families buy, build, improve and repair modest homes in small towns and other qualified rural areas.
