Federal loan guarantees mean borrowers have access to affordable capital and lenders improve their bottom line through access to secondary markets and higher lending limits.

• Single Family Home Loan Guarantees
  For qualified individual/family borrowers in eligible rural communities.


• Business and Industry Loan Guarantees
  For business start-up, acquisition, expansion or working capital in eligible rural communities.


• Multi-family Housing Loan Guarantees
  For businesses building, buying or improving multi-family housing in eligible rural areas.


• Community Facilities Loan Guarantees
  For local government entities serving areas with a population of up to 20,000.


• Water and Waste Treatment Loan Guarantees
  For local government entities serving areas with a population of up to 10,000.


• Renewable Energy Production Loan Guarantees
  For qualified rural businesses adding or expanding renewable energy systems.


• Electric FFB Loan Guarantees
  Financing to upgrade, expand, maintain, and replace distribution, subtransmission and headquarters (service & warehouse) facilities that serve customers in rural areas.
