Data Collection System (DCS) Information Page

The Form 7 and Form 12 will not be referred to by form numbers anymore. The new name for Form 7 will be the "Financial and Operating Report Electric Distribution" (Op. Report - Distribution). The Form 12 will become the "Financial and Operating Report Electric Power Supply" (Op. Report - Power Supply). As the agency is moving away from a form-based collection to an electronic system for data collection, the names of this information collection are being revised accordingly for Electric Program Borrowers.

Filing Deadlines

All RUS year-end 2012 operating and financial reports for Electric Borrowers are due by March 31, 2013

eAuthentication

On May 10, 2006, the Administrator signed a letter to all Electric and Telecommunication borrowers advising them of the need to obtain eAuthentication accounts for certain borrower employees. This effort needs to be completed by November 30, 2006, in order for the system to be used for the collection of the 2006 data in early 2007.
