Hoosier Energy intends to request financing from the USDA Rural Utilities Service (RUS) for the proposed Spring Centerpiece Project in Owen County, Indiana. RUS’s Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed project is available for thirty days for public review and comment following the publication of the Notice of Availability in the newspaper; the anticipated date of publication is November 16, 2012.
