Fossil to Service Creek 69 kV Transmission Line

Columbia Power Cooperative Association, Inc. proposes to upgrade a 25-mile transmission line segment located in north central Oregon from Fossil to Service Creek in Wheeler County, Oregon. The new, upgraded lines will generally follow the same route/corridor as the existing line and will likely utilize existing easements and permits. The new line will be insulated for 115-kV, but energized at 69kV.
