Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water, Existing System North/Lyon County Phase and Northeast Phase Expansion

LPRW proposes to construct the development and expansion of a rural water system. The proposal includes the development of groundwater sources and production well fields and the construction of water treatment facilities and water distribution networks. The counties in Minnesota affected by this proposal include Yellow Medicine, Lincoln, and Lyon Counties and Deuel County in South Dakota.
