Georgia Transmission Corporation intends to request financing from the USDA Rural Utilities Service (RUS) for the proposed Spring Creek 115 kV Switching Station Construction Project in Miller County, GA. RUS’s Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed project is available for thirty days following the publication of the Notice of Availability in newspaper; the anticipated date of publication is November 14, 2012.
