FUNDing opportunities

2009 Community Connect Broadband Grant Program application deadline is June 19, 2009. See 2009 Community Connect Notice of Funding Availability.

·         To be eligible a project must serve a single community that has no existing broadband service.

·         To compete, the community must also have high economic need (measured by median household income) and be very rural.

·         In 2008 we are pleased that two applications were funded, both in rural northern NH. If you have questions or would like to discuss the potential rurality/economic need score of  a particular community, please feel free to contact Rhonda Shippee or Thomas Jensen.
