Winooski
Southeast Area of Colchester
Essex Junction

The following areas are ineligible for the Rural Housing Programs due to population density in New Hampshire:

Concord, Derry, Dover, Hudson, Keene,

Nashua, Londonderry, Manchester,

Merrimack, Portsmouth, Rochester,

Salem, and parts of Goffstown and

Hooksett.
