Business and Industry (B&I) Loan Guarantee Program

Business & Industry (B&I) Guaranteed Loans seek to create employment and improve the economic vitality of rural communities.  USDA Rural Development guarantees up to 80 percent of a loan made by commercial lenders for working capital, machinery, and equipment, buildings and real estate.  The program ensures adequate and affordable credit to rural businesses.
