ICA Group – The ICA Group is a national not-for-profit organization which seeks to create and save jobs through the development and strengthening of employee-owned cooperatives and community-based projects. ICA provides a full range of business consulting and technical assistance services, education, and financing to clients working in or seeking to start worker-owned and community-based businesses.

National Association of Housing Cooperatives - The National Association of Housing Cooperatives is a nonprofit national federation of housing cooperatives, mutual housing associations, member associations, other resident-owned or controlled housing, professionals, organizations, and individuals interested in promoting the interests of cooperative housing communities.

 

National Cooperative Business Association – NCBA is the lead national membership association representing cooperatives of all types and in all industries. NCBA membership is open to all cooperatives and associations of co-ops. Our member co-ops operate in the areas including agricultural supply and marketing, childcare, energy, food distribution, processing and retailing, financial services (credit unions), health care, housing, insurance, purchasing and shared services, and telecommunications.

National Cooperative Bank Development Cooperation – NCB is dedicated to strengthening communities nationwide through the delivery of banking and financial services, complemented by a special focus on cooperative expansion and economic development.

Northcountry Cooperative Development Fund – NCDF acts as a catalyst for the development and growth of cooperative enterprises in all sectors. The Fund's mission is to promote economic equity and community stability by making loans to cooperatives, and by providing corresponding support services.

Senior Cooperative Network – Cooperatively owned senior housing provides full apartment and townhouse living, controlled by the seniors themselves.

Small Business Administration – The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.

University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives – the Center organizes various extension/outreach programs directed at all aspects of cooperative business principles, organizing cooperatives, cooperative financing, cooperative structure, cooperative management, leadership and governance, and related topics for both agricultural and consumer cooperatives.

USDA Cooperative Services - The mission of Cooperative Services Program is to promote understanding and use of the cooperative form of business as a viable organizational option for marketing and distributing agricultural products.

Wisconsin Department of Commerce – The Primary agency for delivery of integrated services to businesses; includes news, department information and structure, and details about the state's business.

Wisconsin Federation of Cooperatives - WFC’s mission is to be the leading voice for the diverse cooperative community doing business in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Small Business Administration - The Wisconsin SBA office is responsible for the delivery of SBA's many programs and services to the 72 counties of Wisconsin. Our offices are located in both Madison and Milwaukee.
