THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE FOR USE WITH NEW PROJECTS

The following Rural Development (RD) construction documents are available for download and use by engineers and others.  These documents are to be used in conjunction with Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC) documents for water & wastewater projects receiving RD funding.  These are the E-500 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Engineer for Professional Services (2008), C-520 Suggested Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for Construction Contract (2007), and C-700 Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (2007).  These documents are in Microsoft Word (.docx) format or a PDF file.
