they are received. "Rush requests" will not be processed any
differently than all other requests. Please
schedule processing times accordingly.
Prohibited
Loan Purposes --
Properties with income producing potential, as
well as with non-essential buildings
(guest house, in-law quarters, horse corral, barns, etc.) are ineligible.
Small storage sheds and small pump houses
are
acceptable. Properties that are "off grid" have catchment water
systems and/or have large acreage are also
prohibited.
Unpermitted, converted garage space must be converted back to its original
use.
