Thank-you for your interest in our Guaranteed Rural Housing Program.  We hope you find this site helpful.

Under “Lender Handbook and Exhibits” you will find information on becoming an approved lender, general underwriting, processing guidelines, and servicing information.  The Exhibits include income guidelines, maps of ineligible areas, a processing checklist, and a list of approved Manufactured Housing Dealer/Contractors.

The “Administrative Notices” link provides up-to-date guidance and program requirements, issued by our National Office.  Under the “Forms” link you will find all the necessary forms used in the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Program.

Under “Participating Lenders” you will find a list of lenders who have participated in the program in the past three years.
