Rural Development's Multi Family Housing Program
has three types of rental housing developments:

 

Elderly
Tenant is at least 62 years of age, disabled or handicapped.

Family
Tenant is at least 18 years of age and household meets income guidelines

Farm Labor
Persons who receive a substantial portion of their income as laborers on farms
