Single Family Housing Programs

Safe, decent, and affordable housing is a vital component to the overall success of a rural community.  The Rural Development Single Family Housing Program provides housing assistance to very-low, low, and moderate income rural residents.  Rural communities and small incorporated towns/cities of up to 10,000 population are eligible for assistance.  Some communities between 10,000 to 20,000 populations may also be eligible.
