3.0 ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

The following is a listing of land uses, cultural resources and environmental considerations, in the States of Delaware and Maryland that will deserve some form of protection, conservation or other level of consideration.  These considerations will be addressed before Rural Development continues with any project action that has been submitted for their participation.  An early contact with the county and municipal planning agencies may help direct attention to those resources that need greater consideration for a particular project.
