3.7.4 MARYLAND COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT AREA
Federal and State Rural Development will not participate in any action that does not preserve and protect Maryland's coastal resources. The general policy will be to conform with the goals and objectives of the Maryland Coastal Zone Management Program and the Executive Orders of the State of Maryland.
