3.7.5 DELAWARE INLAND BAYS AREA PROGRAM.

          1.  Level of Protection.

 

          State.  Rural Development participation in any project will consider compliance with the policies, strategies and initiatives formed by the Delaware Inland Bays Task Force.  The Task Force recommendations are currently being implemented by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control; the Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health and Sussex County under the guidance of the Inland Bays Monitoring Committee.
