Water and Waste Programs

The Water and Waste Program is for the development of water and waste systems in Rural America.  Public bodies and non-profit organizations receive direct loans and grants from our agency to develop and maintain their water and septic systems.  Our program enables small towns and cities to develop badly needed utility services in rural areas.
