NATIONAL LOAN ORIGINATION DIRECTIVES

The Guaranteed Single Family Housing Regulations can be accessed by visiting the above site then clicking on "ANs” (Administrative Notices). Look for ANs containing the number (1980-D). The ANs are list in chronological order starting with the latest release. To find the national regulation 1980-D, click on “Instructions”, find and click on “Part 1980-General”. The 1980-D instructions for the Guaranteed residential loan product is the first one listed. The “Administrative Notices” described above are the most recent directives and over-ride the 1980-D when there is conflicting information between the two.
