Multi-Family Housing Programs  - 2002 Accomplishments

The information that follows details the accomplishments in all MFH Programs in Georgia for Fiscal Year '02.

New Rural Rental Housing Loans        -    $400,000

60 new units were constructed under this program during FY '02.

Rental Housing Rehabilitation Loans    -    $1,040,000

102 units were repaired with the assistance from this program.

Rental Assistance    -    $20,729,243

1,515 families from across the state benefited from this program.

Housing Preservation Grants    -    $345,976

77 units were repaired during the year with this funding.

New Guaranteed Construction Loans    -    $16,659,00

502 new apartment units were built this year with these funds.
