Single Family Housing Programs  - 2002 Accomplishments

The information that follows details the accomplishments in all SFH Programs in Georgia for Fiscal Year '02.

Guaranteed SFH Loans        -    $54,894,018

538 families were approved for home loans under this program during FY '02.

Direct SFH Loans    -    $28,977,151

432 families were able to purchase or repair their home with the assistance from this program.

Home Repair Loans and Grants    -    $2,498,814

387 very-low income and elderly families from across the state were able to get their homes repaired with funds from this program.
