EZ-EC Communities
This program is a Presidential initiative designed to provide economically depressed rural areas and communities with real opportunities for growth and revitalization.
Targeted counties
are so designated due to their income level and percentage of sub-standard
housing among other things. Funds from Rural Development are set-aside
for loans and grants for these areas.
