Name of Program:
Section 9005 - Payments to Eligible Advanced Biofuel Producers Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number is 10.078

Purpose of the Program:
To support and ensure an expanding production of Advanced Biofuels by providing payments to Eligible Advanced Biofuel Producers.

Enrollment Period for FY 2009:
Applications for participating in this program for Fiscal Year 2009 must be received between June 12, 2009 and August 11, 2009.

If determined eligible, payment request due date:
Form 9005-3 due by 4:30 P.M. November 2, 2009.
Payment will be made for the time period Oct. 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009.

Amount of Awards:
The amount of each payment will depend on the
        - number of Eligible Advanced Biofuel Producers participating in the program,
        - the amount of Advanced Biofuels being produced by such Advanced Biofuel Producers,
        – the amount of funds available.
