REDG (revolving loan funds) |
Submit annually for each project until all ultimate recipients financed with initial RD
grant funds have been repaid or retired, whichever occurs last.
4280-1 "Survey of Recipients of Rural Economic Loan and Grant Program" and Exhibit A to 4280-1 for each project funded with initial RD grant funds, Exhibit B to 4280-1 – an aggregate reporting form for all REDG revolving loan funds SF 269 Financial Status Report for the revolving loan fund initial funds and is a 1 time submittal. On non-construction loans – needed when the loan is closed and funds are disbursed. On construction loans – needed after the final funds have been disbursed and the construction is complete. Thereafter, submit the following paperwork every 3 years: 4280-1 and Exhibit A for each project financed during the 3 year reporting period, and Exhibit B, until the fund is terminated. |
