Community Programs provide a variety of loan and grant options to finance essential community facilities, such as, health care clinics, fire and rescue facilities, child care and community centers, as well as, water and waste disposal systems, in rural areas. Community Programs enable rural comminities to develop, grow and improve the quality of life through financial and technical assistance.
